Today I agreed the purchase of some more cleaning related domains. It was a good deal. I like this one – about property maintenance in particular

I believe that domains bear similarity to land or property and their price rises over the years. The good domains with the .com, .net and .co.uk (I live in the UK :) TLDs are long gone and what their price is depends on what someone is prepared to pay for them. There is no going price. Of course, you need to choose the right domains.

The Facebook.com example shows that if someone is asking $250,000 for the domain and someone is prepared to pay – that’s the price of the domain.

I have a few domains which have been the subject of offers by people wanting to buy them. Currently I haven’t sold any of my domains but may as well do if someone offers the right price.
