In the light of my previous 5 posts I would like to say the following: I messed up my eating regime
. Not the end of the world but I wasted 3 days. Not completely wasted - just wasted. Damn Krispy Kremes ruin everything I start with my healthy eating. ..
I know must not buy take away doughnuts or go anywhere near them fore at least a month. After that I think it won’t be that bad. Just keep the sallads and the grilled chicken rollin’ for a month and then - easy.
Another good idea is to start exercising in order to speed my metabolism (and somehow make up for those wasted 3-4 days on the dough-nut
) No one would believe me but it is even harder to go to the gym if it’s in your house. I’m not saying that buying a proper gym membership is going to make you go to the gym - no. It’s a matter of free time. In my case I can “buy” more time by going to bed early but … I never do. I always find what to do in front of the computer. Put in the equasion my latest TwitterFever and I’m going to bed 3am -4am completely blasted. This is bad, I know, but very difficult to overcome.
Fingers crossed I will get there. Possibly with the help of a comment or two

Weight: probably arround 105kg at the moment.
Food: not too bad apart from 6 Krispy Kreme doughnuts and a bit of Coke
Exercise: Zilch!
