Purchased a nice set of 3 metal guitar picks from a gadget gift shop last Friday. I haven’t tried them yet but I already feel it’s going to be a nice experience .

I read that Brian May (Queen) and Billy Gibbons (ZZ Top) use metal picks (actually they use coins modified as picks. Writing about these pick now I feel like grabbing my guitar and blasting some downpicked metal riffs. Seconds later I realise it’s 1am and a loud Marshall Silver Jubilee with a 4×12 is the last thing the neighbours want to hear. I can wait…
