I was not at all surprised to read today that people eating dark chocolate regularly, have lower body mass index. The funny bit was that fact was being shown as the reason for having the lower body mass index. This is wrong.

IMHO, skinny people eat dark chocolate because they don’t want the extra calories not the other way round People who eat dark chocolate are not guaranteed they will become skinny  .

As a Nikon fan it is an understatement to say that I quite like the new Nikon D800 DSLR camera. 36 Megapixels! Wow! This little beauty goes shooting straight to medium format cameras. Can’t wait to lay my hands on one of these guys.

I was well pleased to find out Endemol have chosen Anyclean to carry out carpet and upholstery cleaning services at the Big Brother House during the preparations for the new Big Brother season.

So what is it then?
