I notice that I like old things. At least I started liking old fashioned things a few years back. Looking at the pace our society is going probably desktop computers will be a thing of the past – good old fashioned things.

Nowadays people have forgotten things like pen and paper, pencils, written letters, analogue things and valve amps (well, that applies to guitar amps and effects), walk in the park, walk by foot…or at least it seems that these things are getting quickly out of fashion and everyday use.

Another thing I’ve noticed is fashion. Every few years a new trend sweeps the average fashionista but looking carefully at what is cool right now you can see the same stuff being trendy some 30-40 years ago. Fashion trends always come back. Take Nike and Adidas trainers from the late 70′s, 80′s and early 90′s – they are very very cool now.

Recently I discovered some really old men’s fragrances which were quite impressive – some of them were created in the 1800′s!!! Really cool! Old times rock!
